Adam Flitton

Adam is Head of the Behavioural Science Unit at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He specialises in designing and implementing interventions that change behaviour and has led behaviour change and research campaigns for clients including GSK, Ford and the NHS.

Before joining H+K, he was a behavioural scientist with Cauldron Science, where he used cutting-edge experiment tools to test a range of interventions designed to shape behaviour in retail, education and healthcare settings. 

Adam has provided behavioural science training for hundreds of participants and has taught university courses in human sciences and statistics. He has a PhD in evolutionary and experimental psychology, an MSc in evolutionary medicine and a BSc (Hons) in psychology. His research in academia focused on how social and environmental cues affect people’s risk perception, economic behaviour and cooperation.
