Jamie Corr is Managing Director of Sports for H+K. He is a sport communications and partnership marketing specialist and has worked with the world’s biggest global brands to activate their relationships with international governing bodies including the Olympics and FIFA World Cup.
He is a well-respected figure in the global sports industry and past clients include Bridgestone, Allianz, GE, Samsung, Atos, British Airways, McDonald’s and RBS. His work has seen him involved in range of sports including the Olympics, football, golf, rugby, cycling and action sports and allowed him to build an understanding of the importance of marrying communications and marketing expertise with a commercial focus.
Jamie joined H+K from GMR Marketing and previously worked at the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne where he was part of the Television and Marketing Services Partnership Marketing Team. His role at the IOC allowed him to build a global network of contacts and understanding of the complexities and cultural sensitivities of global sports events, communications and marketing activation.
Jamie has a BA Hons degree in History and an MSc in Sports Marketing from the University of Stirling and is a member of the International Institute for Sports Business and Leadership Advisory at the University of Guelph in Canada.
He is a keen golfer and is a member of the St Andrews New Club in Scotland.
