Noor is a brand building and integrated communications expert, passionate about supporting clients navigate the rapid changes that are affecting how people, goods and services move around.
Her ability to lead multi-market accounts is perhaps best demonstrated by her role as Head of Ford in Europe’s communications team, one of H+K and WPP’s largest global accounts. This is an integrated account that spans earned storytelling, advertising, media strategy and production.
Noor’s role involves working directly with the executive leadership team of Ford in Europe, providing strategic consultancy on brand purpose and leading communications programmes that support the huge electrification and sustainability transformation the business is undergoing.
As Mobility + Transport lead, Noor has advised Hermes, the UK’s largest delivery company, in addressing their reputational challenges ahead of the rebrand to Evri and has supported International Airlines Group develop the corporate narrative for their loyalty business as well as raise the profile of the cargo business to a broader business audience. Across all her clients, Noor transforms traditional PR work into fully integrated communications programmes that tap into the cultural zeitgeist, build reputation and drive behaviour change.
Previously, Noor ran a number of global and EMEA accounts such as Shell, HP and ASICS at Edelman. As an integrated lead for Shell, Noor lead the communications strategy for ‘Make the Future’, Shell’s brand purpose campaign. The role involved creating high-profile activations to drive consumer awareness around the availability and possibilities of future fuels. Activations of this strategy was sending explorers to the South Pole, only on renewable bio-fuel and travel influencers around the world in clean energy vehicles.
