Orla Moran

With 16 years’ experience leading integrated, global PR & comms for household-name lifestyle brands, Orla’s expertise lies in campaigns that inject a purpose into a brand and speak to people’s passions, while driving reputation, equity and sales.

Whether it’s providing counsel on P&G’s citizenship agenda to establish the brand as a force for good and force for growth with all stakeholders or helping Campari Group fight off the threat from imitation brands to carve out a unique and prestigious positioning for their stable of brands, Orla’s experience is far-reaching and consistently delivers strategies and campaigns that truly engage stakeholders and inject a company into their world.

She has extensive experience leading cross-channel creative campaigns, fast-paced press offices and smart influencer programmes for her clients on a global, regional and local basis.

At H+K, Orla leads the UK’s 40-strong CPG practice, a team whose work spans everything from behaviour-change campaigns to corporate sustainability counsel and everything in between, all the while rooted in an expertise for the fast-changing and ever-challenging FMCG, food + drink and retail industries.

Prior to H+K, Orla spent more than a decade at Golin, leading global, regional and local campaigns for the likes of Unilever, Diageo, ABInBev and many more.

Aside from client work, Orla is passionate about driving best practice for mental health in the PR industry, having qualified as a Mental Health First Aider and Mental Health Ally. She is also a member of Women in PR, an organisation which seeks to increase the number and diversity of women in leadership roles within the industry.

Orla graduated from Cardiff University with a PRCA-accredited MA in International Public Relations, for which she was awarded distinction. In 2010 she was shortlisted for PRCA Young Communicator of the Year.
