Orla Moran

With 13 years’ experience in integrated, lifestyle PR, Orla’s expertise lies in campaigns that inject a purpose into a brand and speak to people’s passions, while driving equity and sales.

Whether it’s positioning Magnum ice cream as a fashion-focused brand to reach a style-obsessed female audience, or making Lipton the antidote to hidden loneliness among millennials, Orla is passionate about delivering campaigns that truly engage with – rather than broadcast to – consumers. She has extensive experience leading cross-channel creative campaigns, fast-paced press offices and smart influencer programmes for her clients on a global, regional and local basis.

At H+K, she leads the 20-strong CPG practice for H+K London, a team whose work spans everything from behaviour-change campaigns to corporate sustainability counsel and everything in between, all the while rooted in an expertise for the fast-changing and ever-challenging FMCG industry.

Aside from client work, Orla is passionate about driving best practice for mental health in the PR industry, having qualified as a Mental Health First Aider. She is also a member of Women in PR, an organisation which seeks to increase the number and diversity of women in leadership roles within the industry.

Orla graduated from Cardiff University with a BA in French and Cultural Criticism, alongside a PRCA-accredited MA in International Public Relations, for which she was awarded distinction. In 2010 she was shortlisted for PRCA Young Communicator of the Year.
