Pippa is responsible for the day-to-day business ok UK operations. She leads the HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning + Development teams, as well as driving the DE+I agenda across the business.​

Pippa is passionate about developing our own people, as well as bringing in the best talent in the market place. She is committed to creating a dynamic and engaging work environment to help H+K achieve our business objectives and talent to thrive.​

Pippa joined H+K in 2004, having previously worked client side, at both a start-up agency and prior to that in a medium size consumer brand agency. ​

She has a strong appreciation of the challenges clients face and the need to develop exceptional client teams with the right combination of skills, expertise and drive to produce outstanding work.     ​

Pippa has worked as a Non-Executive Director at Epic ELM CIC, the first youth services department in the UK to be set-up outside of local authority control. ​

Pippa is a qualified coach after completing the Professional Certificate of Coaching at the Henley Business School and is particularly interested in supporting senior and rising women in the workplace. She also volunteers as a digital connector for the charity, The Mix.​
