Emily brings 17 years’ experience managing complex issues and campaigns for some of the energy industry’s biggest brands including E.ON, Centrica and National Grid.

She will be a senior lead for clients in H+K London’s Energy + Industrials practice, whose client portfolio includes Shell, Vattenfall and the Net Zero Teeside project, and will be a partner to Karen Butcher who recently took over leadership of the team while Sara Jurkowsky is on maternity leave.

“Emily brings deep and broad experience at the highest levels across energy and industrials. She will be an excellent senior advisor as we continue to expand our portfolio across the energy mix.”

Simon Whitehead, CEO of H+K London

Emily specialises in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and crisis comms. She has worked inhouse across the energy industry and has a strong track record across the full value chain, delivering strategic communications in support of a variety of high-profile projects and initiatives.

With all eyes on COP26, there has never been a more exciting time to be a comms professional in the energy and net zero space. I’m thrilled to be joining H+K and to be working with this supremely talented team as the sector continues on its journey to deliver a cleaner, greener future for us all.”
