LONDON – Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) London has appointed Alex Silcox as Managing Director, Integrated Creative Services.

Alex takes on this newly created role to oversee creative integration throughout the agency and with its creative studio, Bisqit. He will also be focusing on developing and broadening H+K’s relationship with Huawei, the Chinese telecoms giant.

Alex has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, including 17 years at leading content marketing agency John Brown Media. As Executive Director at John Brown, his remit included brand communications, digital innovation, international development and new business.  For the last two years, he has run his own consultancy providing content marketing strategy, editorial and creative counsel to both agencies and clients.

Speaking on his new role, Alex said “It’s an exciting time to be joining H+K. My role is to help pull together the many strands of expertise here, from deep sector experience to content creation, strategy, channel and activation know-how, to offer an holistic, fully integrated solution for our clients.”
