6 April 2022, LONDON – Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has launched a new Commerce practice to help brands win in omnichannel retail. 

Charlie Hopcraft, Managing Director of H+K London’s Technology, Entertainment and Commerce practices, said “Commerce is fundamentally changed by the pandemic. Businesses need to provide human experiences that attract and engage communities, bringing new challenges and opportunities. The offer formalises H+K’s experience in Commerce and responds to increased client demand. The practice will also provide specialist Commerce expertise across London’s sector teams, consulting across existing clients and new business briefs. 

The new practice will provide knowledge of the latest Commerce strategies, with expertise in earned, shared, owned and paid and experience across bricks and mortar, eCommerce, apps, B2B, D2C, eRetailers and marketplaces to help brands navigate new ways of winning baskets.

The team will also work closely with specialisms across London, including corporate advisory, Better Impact, behavioural science, design and experiential capabilities. A key ambition will be to capitalise on technological innovations like Web 3.0 and the metaverse.
