24 February, LONDON – Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has made new senior appointments, bolstering its Innovation + Creative Hub (I+C Hub) in London.
Joseph Clarke joins the team as Creative Strategy Director, working across the breadth of H+K’s sector portfolio on clients including GSK Consumer Health, McCormick and Campari. He brings a decade of brand and creative communications experience, previously heading up planning at Mission Media where he grew his consumer and lifestyle career.
Joe Shields also joins the group as part of the growing conceptual creative team, sitting under Creative Director, Ruby Quince, as a Creative. Previously part of the WPP Ford Team, Shields worked on the brand’s #VeryGayRaptor campaign in 2021 and will continue to support on Ford client work as well as the Hub’s wider client base.
In addition, Ruby Quince has been promoted to a member of H+K’s Executive Leadership Committee, reflecting the agency’s dedication to championing strategy and creativity.

The I+C Hub, one of several global hubs, work across the agency’s client portfolio and new business, driving effective strategy with creative craft, while also cultivating talent throughout the London business. The group brings together expertise in digital planning + optimisation, data + analytics, behavioural science and content + publishing.
These hires are the latest in a string of appointments as the I+C Hub continues to grow. In 2021, H+K also launched a Creative Internship programme offering junior creative pairs three-month placements.
