31 January 2023, London – Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has won a new mandate with Next Level Commerce™ platform FreedomPay.
The scope of work for one of the world’s fastest growing fintechs, FreedomPay, includes launching the company’s new brand positioning “Unleash the Power of Pay”, press office management, campaign support and industry events.
FreedomPay selected H+K as their global agency to support its expansion around the world, including North America, UK, Europe, Asia and APAC.
Liesl Smith, SVP of Marketing & Sales Enablement at FreedomPay commented, “We chose H+K for their deep understanding of not only the latest Commerce strategies, but also their international prowess and deep knowledge in fintech across retail, hospitality, and food and beverage.”
Heather Bull, Head of H+K’s UK Commerce team, commented: “FreedomPay is one of the most exciting global companies and we’re delighted to be supporting their international acceleration. With FreedomPay’s new brand positioning, it’s an ideal moment for H+K to establish and grow their media presence in the UK and across the world.”
Today’s news also follows the recent promotion of Charlie Hopcraft to Group Managing Director of Technology, Commerce and Entertainment. Together Hopcraft and Bull are leading a growing team of fourteen specialists that are helping brands navigate the new Commerce strategies, tools and technologies that are required to build connected communities and win baskets long-term.
The news also follows an announcement last month of a new mandate for H+K’s growing Commerce team with Manhattan Associates, a technology leader in supply chain and omnichannel commerce.
